Terms of Service

By using AutoLeadz services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AutoLeadz provides WhatsApp automation, lead capture, appointment booking, review automation, and related digital services for Indian businesses.

2. Payment

• Setup fees are payable upfront before work begins
• Monthly retainers are due on the same date each month
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

3. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Full refund available within 48 hours if setup has not begun. Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information for setup
• Maintain active WhatsApp Business account and required subscriptions
• Respond within 48 hours during active setup

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoLeadz is not responsible for third-party platform outages (WhatsApp, Google, Meta). Results are not guaranteed as they depend on business-specific factors.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly service with 15 days written notice via WhatsApp or email.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

• No refund for current billing month
• Cancel anytime with 15 days notice — no charges after cancellation period
