• Before work starts: Full refund within 48 hours of payment
• After work starts: No refund — resources and time have already been committed

Monthly Retainer

• No refund for the current billing month
• Cancel anytime with 15 days' notice — no charges after the cancellation period

Free Demo

The demo involves zero payment. There is no obligation to proceed after the demo, and no charges are made unless you explicitly choose a package.
